Terms & Conditions
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Plus Care website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED — company details. The full registered legal entity name, company identification number and registered office address must be inserted here by Plus Care. Engineering cannot determine these.2. What this website does
This website provides information about Plus Care’s diagnostic and laboratory services, and lets you send us an enquiry or request a home sample collection. It is an information and enquiry website.
Specifically, this website:
- does not take payments or process any transaction;
- does not sell any physical goods;
- does not confirm bookings automatically — an enquiry is a request, and our team will contact you to confirm;
- does not provide diagnosis, treatment or medical advice (see the Disclaimer).
Any test, appointment, payment or report is handled separately by Plus Care outside this website, under whatever terms apply to that service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site unlawfully, or in a way that damages or disrupts it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems;
- submit false information, or another person’s details without their permission;
- use automated systems to extract content in a way that places unreasonable load on the site;
- copy or reuse site content other than as permitted in section 4.
4. Intellectual property
The content, layout, graphics and Plus Care name and logo on this site belong to Plus Care or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. Any other use requires our written permission.
5. Accuracy of information
We take care to keep the information on this site correct and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date at all times. Service details, locations and test availability can change. Please confirm anything you intend to rely on by contacting us directly.
6. Availability
We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
7. External links and third-party systems
This site links to systems that Plus Care operates separately — including the laboratory reporting and partner login systems — and to third-party services such as Google Maps. Those systems have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content or availability of external sites, and a link does not imply endorsement.
8. Your obligations when contacting us
When you submit an enquiry you confirm that the details you provide are accurate, that you are entitled to provide them, and that you are 18 or older, or are acting with the consent of a parent or guardian.
9. Limitation of liability
LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED — liability. Limitation of liability is a contractual position that must be settled by Plus Care’s legal advisers, particularly for a healthcare provider. No limitation has been drafted here, because inventing one would be both inappropriate and potentially unenforceable.10. Governing law and jurisdiction
LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED — governing law. The governing law and the courts having jurisdiction must be specified by Plus Care. Engineering cannot infer the correct seat from the website, which lists centres in Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan and Maharashtra.11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the version that applies.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms: care@pluscare.org, or see our contact page for centre details.
13. Refunds, cancellations, returns and shipping
These do not apply to this website. No payment is taken and no goods are sold or shipped here, so there is nothing for this site to refund, cancel, return or deliver. If you have arranged and paid for a test with Plus Care directly, any cancellation or refund is handled by the centre concerned under its own terms.
BUSINESS DECISION REQUIRED. If Plus Care wants a standalone refund or cancellation policy published for services arranged offline, its owner and wording must be supplied by the business. It has deliberately not been invented here.
